Ian McMullan MCIOB

Ian is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 35 years in construction management and planning on projects ranging from £10k to £800m.

Ian acquired experience as a Planner, Contracts Manager and Operations Director with a Regional Building Contractor before setting up McMullan Construction Services Ltd in 2008.

In 2008 Ian started providing cost consultancy and construction management services to a Local Authority, Project Managers, Architects and Developers whilst also carrying out small construction and refurbishment projects for the University of Lincoln and Private Developers.

In 2013 Ian was offered the opportunity to assist on a Forensic Delay Analysis in London and since then this has other planning and programming specialist services which has included working on projects in Qatar and Kazakhstan.

Project experience includes MOD, Automotive, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Offices, Distribution Centres, Industrial Units, Factories, Sports Stadia, Retail, Refurbishment, Higher Education.
